A climate change activist disrupted the 2022 Laver Cup by lighting himself on fire only hours before tennis legend Roger Federer was set to compete in the final match of his illustrious career.

A climate change activist set himself on fire during the Laver Cup. The disturbing disruption occurred in the middle of the match between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Diego Schwartzman at the O2 Arena in London, England.

The climate change activist was wearing a white shirt that said: “End UK private jets.”

He managed to get on the tennis court, sat on the ground, and lit his right arm on fire with a lighter. There was also a small flame on the tennis court.

The protester was quickly removed from the court by security guards who also put out the blaze.

The publicity stunt delayed the start of the second set between Tsitsipas and Schwartzman.

Sports journalist Sam Street shared a video of the self-immolating man.

The Laver Cup released a statement on the incident, “A man accessed the court this afternoon and was promptly removed by security. Play was stopped briefly, he has been arrested and the situation is being handled by the police.”

Tsitsipas – the runner-up at the 2021 French Open – told reporters after the fiery incident, “It came out of nowhere … I never had an incident like this happen on court. I hope he’s all right.”

Tsitsipas would go on to a 6-2, 6-1 victory – providing Team Europe with a 2-0 lead over Team World.

The climate change activist’s self-immolation happened only hours before the heavily-anticipated final match of tennis legend Roger Federer.

Federer – who has captured 20 Grand Slam men’s singles titles – is scheduled to compete in his final match of his legendary career in a doubles match with longtime rival Rafael Nadal against American tennis players Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe.

In June, a 22-year-old climate change activist named “Alizée” chained her neck to the tennis net and attempted to glue herself to the clay court at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. The environmental activist was wearing a doomsday climate shirt that read: “We have 1028 days left.”

The woman’s shirt promoted the French climate change alarmist organization Dernière Rénovation – which claims, “We are the last generation capable of preventing a climate collapse.”

These aren’t climate change activists these people are full blown psychotic.

If he really wanted to set himself on fire he would have soaked his clothes in gasoline, instead of this silly stage act. Te evaporating fuel helps reduce the heat. It isn’t until most is burnt away that you get a severe burn. Done properly, al it would do is burn the hair off his arm.

This Was the Largest Armed Robbery in United States History, and It Was Committed by the FBI

    3 min. read

A recent class-action lawsuit alleges that FBI agents illegally seized more than $86 million in assets stored in safety deposit boxes located in Beverly Hills, California, under the presumption that the assets were somehow linked to unidentified crimes.

Back in 2015, the FBI began investigating a U.S. Private Vaults store in Beverly Hills, suspecting that the owners were engaging in drug trafficking and money laundering. During the course of the investigation, agents secured six warrants, five of which were rather straightforward and pertained only to the business and the business owners.

However, according to a story from the LA Times, the sixth warrant, signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Steve Kim in 2021, authorized agents to seize business equipment from the store, including 1,400 safety deposit boxes located in the store, even though agents did not know the identity of the box owners or have probable cause to suspect that the owners were involved in any drug trafficking or money laundering scheme.

“The government did not know what was in those boxes, who owned them, or what, if anything, those people had done,” said Robert Frommer, a lawyer with the Institute for Justice which is representing approximately 400 USPV customers whose safety deposit box contents were seized by the FBI.

“The scope of what the FBI did is unprecedented,” Frommer added. “This was the largest armed robbery in United States history, and it was committed by the FBI.”

According to court filings, the FBI insisted on the affidavit that the “warrants authorize the seizure of the nests of the boxes themselves, not their contents,” and Judge Kim reiterated on the warrant he signed that “[t]his warrant does not authorize a criminal search or seizure of the contents of the safety deposit boxes.” However, the FBI seized and searched the boxes anyway, the lawsuit alleges.

The FBI later claimed that it was under no obligation to inform Judge Kim “how later actions, such as criminal investigations against boxholders or forfeiture of box contents, would play out.” The U.S. Attorney’s Office then sought to keep from the public all court documents which suggest the FBI deceived Kim, but a judge denied that request.

The lawsuit also claims that some of the box holders who came forward to reclaim their seized property were then subjected to another investigation. The FBI supposedly examined their bank and DMV records, tax returns, and other criminal history checks. Approximately 20 to 30 box holders decided to forfeit their property, FBI agent Lynn Zellhart said, and many have speculated that those holders who walked away wanted to avoid either becoming an FBI target or the tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees that people must often pay to defend themselves during such investigations.

Of all 700 USPV customers affected by the FBI raid, just nine were referenced in the FBI affidavit. Thus far, it is believed that none of the customers have been charged with any crimes, and the FBI would not say whether any of them had been the subject of a criminal investigation prior to the USPV raid.

The LA Times further reports that the evidence against the safety deposit box holders is “thin.” For starters, Zellhart alleged in an affidavit that only those who are “irrational” or who have criminal motives would rent a box from USPV rather than a bank.

She also claimed that many customers arrived at the store in cars with out-of-state plates, particularly Illinois. “Based on my training and experience in money laundering investigations, Chicago, Illinois is a hub of both drug trafficking and money laundering,” Zellhart wrote. “I believe these patrons were using their USPV box to store drug proceeds.”

Finally, she said that many USPV customers used rental cars, another characteristic associated with drug traffickers. So-called drug dogs were also able to smell traces of marijuana and other drugs on some of the cash seized, but marijuana is now legal in California and traces of street drugs on money are not necessarily evidence of a crime.

Though USPV pled guilty to the drug and money laundering charges, little else came from the investigation. The company went out of business, and the owners were never charged. U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner must still determine whether the FBI raid against USPV customers was unconstitutional. It is unclear when he is expected to make that decision.

New Midterm Poll Spells Bad News For Democrats On The Economy

    2 min. read

A Sunday poll from ABC News and The Washington Post found that the Republican Party leads the Democratic Party on economic issues by double-digit margins.

The poll results painted a generally dismal picture for the Democrats less than two months away from the midterm elections. As the approval rating of President Joe Biden reaches new lows, 74% of Americans now believe that the economy is in bad shape — an increase from 58% in the spring of 2021. Only 35% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents want the commander-in-chief to run for a second term.

The economy and inflation are key issues among voters, with 84% considering the former to be a top factor on their minds. The Republicans lead the Democrats by a 16% margin and a 19% margin with respect to trust on handling the economy and inflation respectively, according to the poll.

Price levels between August 2021 and August 2022 rose 8.3%, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, marking a slight moderation from an 8.5% year-over-year increase in July and a 9.1% year-over-year increase in June. Nevertheless, month-to-month prices for food, shelter, and medical services ticked upward, while core inflation — a metric that excludes food and energy, which tend to be more volatile — continued to rise.

The Federal Reserve responded last week by increasing the target federal funds rate by 0.75% — a move that triggered a stock market selloff and sent the Dow Jones more than 1,500 points lower than the level seen on the day of Biden’s inauguration.

A rapid increase in energy prices has fueled much of the inflation observed over the past two years. Indeed, Biden has advanced renewable energy policies while leasing less federal land for oil drilling since the conclusion of World War II and nixing expansions to the Keystone XL pipeline project at the beginning of his tenure.

The national average price of gasoline was $2.38 per gallon when Biden assumed office and increased to $3.53 per gallon by the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. After surpassing $5.00 per gallon in early June, prices have subsided to $3.73 per gallon as of Monday, according to data from AAA.

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade — broadly considered one of the largest conservative political victories in more than a generation — many Democratic operatives hope that abortion will drive high turnout among left-leaning voters. However, abortion trails economic concerns in the poll, with only 62% of respondents calling abortion a top issue — although respondents prefer the Democrats more than Republicans on the matter by a margin of 20%.

Among second-order issues, voters favor Democrats on education and climate change respectively by 6% and 23%. On the issue of crime, Republicans boast a 14% lead — including a 34% lead among independents. Twelve of the major American cities which set new homicide records last year were run by Democrats.

In more than 100 polls from ABC News and The Washington Post since 1982, Americans have typically favored Democrats over Republicans on managing “the main problems the country faces in the next few years” by a 5% margin. In the most recent poll, however, the two major parties were evenly split.

‘Leave Now, Do Not Wait’: 300,000 Floridians Are Ordered to Evacuate — 50-Mile Traffic Jams

    2 min. read

Floridians have been urged to ‘get out now’ as Hurricane Ian barrels towards the Sunshine State and is set to bring 15ft waves and 140mph winds.

Local officials warned residents ‘do not wait’ and stressed ‘time is of the essence’ as the monster storm loomed in the Caribbean Sea just south of Cuba.

They ordered more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes in parts of Hillsborough – including Tampa – Manatee, and Hernando counties, with more expected to follow.

Terrified residents have started desperately digging huge trenches to redirect flood water while others have stripped shelves bare of water and essentials.

Stark pictures and videos from across the state show prolonged queues at checkouts as locals stocked up and prepare to bunker down ahead of the monster weather front.

Ian strengthened from a tropical storm to a Category 1 hurricane overnight Sunday, but it is feared it will warp into a major Category 4 this week – hitting Florida on Wednesday night or Thursday morning after battering Cuba.

It is expected to be the worst hurricane Tampa has seen since 1921, when 115mph winds battered the coast city and left a trail of devastation.

Huge swathes of the area was submerged under 10ft of water from the deadly surge, with breaking waves ripping apart buildings and killing eight people.

Ron DeSantis declared an emergency across the entire state and its 67 counties on Saturday afternoon in a sign of how concerned officials are.

The Florida Governor on Monday warned the impacts from the storm will be ‘far and wide’ and felt on both coasts in the form of power outages and severe flooding.

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said: ‘For all practical purposes, get out right now.’

Hillsborough County Administrator Bonnie Wise said: ‘Do not wait. Time is of the essence. Act now. We expect to have to evacuate over 300,000 people, and it will take some time, which is why we are starting now.’

Desperate Tampa residents began besieging home improvement stores today for plywood sheeting to cover their windows.

At Home Depot on the city’s Memorial Highway, the lumber department was packed with homeowners and contractors scrambling for supplies.

One, a partner in a gas station who would only give his name as Mr Byrd, said: ‘I’ve got the sheets to board up the business.’

Asked he if would be leaving following the mandatory evacuation order for a huge part of Hillsborough County – the main county for Tampa, he replied: ‘We are going to play it by ear.

‘They haven’t determined which way it’s going to go, so it depends on how bad it looks later on.

‘I’ve been through this before, with Hurricane Irma in 2017. We evacuated to Lakeland, Florida, and that got it. So you never know what’s best.

With the man upstairs, I’m hoping like always things will swing in the right direction. We pray a lot.’

All public schools in Hillsborough County are shut from today (Monday) through Thursday.

Edward Snowden Speaks Out After Putin Grants Him Full Russian Citizenship

    2 min. read

Edward Snowden said Russian citizenship will give his family stability nearly a decade after the former National Security Agency contractor leaked files on U.S. surveillance operations and fled to Moscow.

“After two years of waiting and nearly ten years of exile, a little stability will make a difference for my family. I pray for privacy for them—and for us all,” Snowden tweeted on Monday in his first public comments since Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decree granting him citizenship.

Snowden said two years ago that he would apply for dual U.S.-Russian citizenship after he was granted permanent residence in Russia.

State Department spokesperson Ned Price reiterated the United States’ position on Monday that Snowden should return to face trial on espionage charges.

“I am familiar with the fact that he has in some ways denounced his American citizenship,” Price said. “I don’t know that he’s renounced it.”

Snowden’s wife, American Lindsay Mills, will also apply for Russian citizenship, his lawyer told state-owned new outlet RIA Novosti. Snowden tweeted a photo on Monday of Mills and the couple’s two sons.

The U.S. whistleblower’s revelations in 2013 about the NSA’s surveillance operations drew praise from privacy advocates and sharp condemnation from U.S. officials who accused him of damaging national security.

His newly-acquired Russian citizenship comes amid escalating tensions between Moscow and Washington, D.C.

Putin’s invasion of Ukraine is entering its eighth month, with the Kremlin ordering a partial mobilization to conscript 300,000 Russian men into the military.

Price suggested on Monday that Snowden could be conscripted and sent to Ukraine, but his lawyer told Russian media that won’t happen.

Alec Baldwin Looks Defeated as He Faces Criminal Charges Over Fatal On-Set Shooting

    2 min. read

Alec Baldwin buried his head in his hands when he answered a cell phone call Monday, just hours after it was revealed that a New Mexico prosecutor was looking to file criminal charges against him in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, exclusive DailyMail.com photos reveal.

The apparent scene of despair, coming after a weekend in which he welcomed his eighth child into the world, unfolded after he arrived at Domino Park in Brooklyn, where he took a stroll with his children along the East River near the Williamsburg Bridge.

He stood alone for 10 minutes on the phone call, grim faced and displaying heavy bags under his eyes while hunched over a fence overlooking the river. At another point, he could be seen with an armful of popcorn and a water bottle, a blue mask covering his mouth but not his nose.

Earlier in the day, news broke that New Mexico prosecutors may charge the actor, after he handed over his cellphone to be considered as evidence.

In a letter to the state’s financial board, asking for funding to prosecute the high-profile case, Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said she was ‘ready’ to file charges against four people.

She stopped short of confirming the charges she planned to bring but said she was ‘certainly looking (at) all the homicide statutes and any gun statutes under New Mexico criminal code’.

‘One of the possible defendants is well known movie actor Alec Baldwin,’ she wrote, adding that there could be four separate criminal trials.

Meanwhile, the Hutchins family is pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit against the actor. And earlier this month, a judge ruled he was primarily responsible for firing the shot that killed Hutchins during the filming of Rust in New Mexico last October.

It was in the midst of all these developments that Baldwin last week placed his largest asset – his $29million estate on Long Island – on the market.

Legal observers tell DailyMail.com that Baldwin’s decision to sell his $29million estate in the Hamptons may be part of an effort to shift and potentially shield assets from lawsuits that could cost him a fortune.

His timing has sparked speculation that the actor, who last weekend celebrated the birth of his eighth child, is less interested in a lifestyle change than in preparing for a potential doomsday in the courts.

Baldwin purchased the estate in 1996 for $1.75 million and listed it just last week for more than 16 times that amount, days after a judge ruled he was primarily responsible for firing the shot that killed cinematographer Hutchins last October.

So the 64-year-old could be looking to transfer his wealth into more protected assets, such as irrevocable trusts for his kids or real estate in a state that shields properties from creditors, experts speculate.

‘I’d be interested to see if he’s buying anything in Florida because Florida has special homestead protections,’ Robert Steele, a Manhattan trust lawyer, told DailyMail.com. ‘O.J. (Simpson) bought a house in Florida and got protections there that you can’t get in most states. I’d be curious to see if the creditors could claw that back.’

Kari Lake Reacts To Liz Cheney’s Vow To Campaign Against Her

    2 min. read

Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake on Sunday blasted statements made by Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), who vowed to “do everything” possible to “make sure Kari Lake is not elected,” including campaigning for Democrats.

Appearing on Fox’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” host Maria Bartiromo asked Trump-endorsed Lake her reaction to Cheney’s promise.

“That might be the biggest, best gift I’ve ever received,” Lake quipped. “I mean, the people of Wyoming can’t stand her, I’m pretty much sure that the people of Arizona don’t like Liz Cheney,” she continued.

Cheney, who was defeated in her primary election by Trump-backed Harriet Hageman last month, made the comments at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin on Saturday.

“In this election, you have to vote for the person who actually believes in democracy,” Cheney said, referring to Lake as an “election denier” and “dangerous,” and claiming that electing her would be “putting the Republic at risk.”

“Here’s the deal, Maria. The Republican party, the new Republican party is the party of ‘We The People,’ it is no longer the party of warmongers,” Lake told Bartiromo. “And so, Liz Cheney should probably change her voter registration. Turns out she really is a Democrat after all.”

Cheney, who made the remarks when she was asked whether or not she would campaign for Lake’s opponent, Arizona Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, was one of ten Republicans in the House to vote to impeach former President Donald Trump. At the same event in Texas, Cheney said she would not be voting for her former GOP rival, Harriet Hageman.

“It’s a tough question,” Cheney replied when asked whether she would prefer if the Democrats held a majority in the House after the midterms.

Lake responded on Twitter to Cheney’s remarks, saying, “She’s putting more energy into electing Democrats than she did into winning her own primary lol.”

The comments come weeks after Hobbs announced she would not debate Lake before the election. The Daily Wire previously reported that Hobbs also skipped a debate during the Democratic primary. Lake responded to the announcement by saying, “Hobbs’ strategy is to hide from Me, the Press, and the Voters throughout the entirety of the campaign and run out the clock on the people of Arizona.”

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) replied to a video clip of Cheney vowing to campaign against Lake, writing, “In 2020, when Liz Cheney was the GOP House conference chair, she backed my primary opponent. I won that race 81% to 19%.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) also replied to the clip, tweeting, “Liz Cheney gets crushed in her ‘home’ Wyoming by 40+ points… But now we are supposed to believe she has the juice to take on [Kari Lake]?”

According to a recent poll by The Trafalgar Group, Lake is leading Hobbs 50% to 45.6% with 4.4% undecided. Cheney lost her primary to Hageman 66.3% to 28.9%.

‘Worse Name Than Malibu Barbie’: Alec Baldwin Debuts Newborn Daughter, Twitter Mocks The Baby’s Name

    2 min. read

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria recently welcomed their seventh child, a daughter, and the baby’s name has already inspired much mockery on social media.

The 64-year-old actor and his 38-year-old wife updated fans of the birth via Instagram. “She’s here! We are so excited to introduce you to our tiny dream come true,” Hilaria shared in the caption of a short video montage.

“Both she and I are happy and healthy,” she continued. “Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home.”

The Baldwins named their newest addition Ilaria Catalina Irena. The name sounds extraordinarily similar to Hilaria, plus it recalls a recent controversy where Hilaria leaned into her Spanish heritage despite actually being a woman named Hillary from Boston.

“if hilaria baldwin can name her baby ilaria, then I will be having a child and naming them erek,” a Twitter user named Derek quipped.

“Ilaria, daughter of Hilaria, is a worse name than Malibu Barbie,” another person agreed.

“Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have named their seventh child Ilaria,” someone else noted. “Which is kind of ilarious.”

“She is beyond narcissistic with this naming,” another tweet said. “It’s absolutely bonkers.”

The Baldwins’ six other children are sons Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 2; Romeo Alejandro David, 4; Leonardo Ángel Charles, 6; and Rafael Thomas, 7; and daughters Maria Lucia Victoria, 19 months (via a surrogate); and Carmen Gabriela, 9. Alec also shares daughter Ireland, 26, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.

In 2020, Hilaria was accused of trying to impersonate Spanish culture. She refuted the claims, saying she celebrates both her Spanish and American heritage, as The Daily Wire previously reported.

At the time, she said that it was “frustrating” and wondered why “it [can’t] be” that she “has two cultures.”

“Because that is my story,” she said. “And I think that’s like a really great thing.”

“I’m not gonna apologize for the fact of having two versions of my name, which is the same name,” Hilaria said of using the Spanish version of her given name.

” … it’s the same name just some letters different. This is not somebody trying to pretend to be something else; it’s literally just, you have two cultures. … That’s my life experience, and I don’t have to apologize for my life experience.”

Manchin Begs Republicans to Support His Flailing Permitting Reform Deal

    2 min. read

Moderate Democratic West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin implored Senate Republicans to pass his permitting reform side deal.

Appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Manchin begged his Republican colleagues to support the deal he secured with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to reform the energy permitting system in the U.S. Manchin’s deal is flailing because of opposition from both Republicans and progressive Democrats. If the Senate cannot reach a deal, it may jeopardize a continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown.

“[T]his is a chance in a lifetime for us to have energy independence,” Manchin told host Shannon Bream. “For us to have security in this nation, which we need, and making sure that we can take care of the American people with low energy prices, producing more oil, producing more gas. But we have to have permitting reform if you’re going to deliver it. You have no way of infrastructure to deliver it. So, everyone knows that. My Republican friends know that.”

Manchin dismissed an alternative piece of legislation put forth by 46 of his Republican colleagues, calling it a “messaging bill”; and claimed that his bill includes everything in the Republican bill.

He also dismissed criticism from progressive Democrats who voiced their opposition. “I never expected Bernie Sanders and the far extreme left to ever be for any permitting,” said Manchin. “They’ve never been for permitting reform. That’s why we never had it. [But this] is one time when overwhelmingly, Democrats in both the House and the Senate are supporting … We have a golden opportunity and we have a majority, overwhelming majority of Democrats supporting it. This is the most important thing that we can do today.”

“[T]he process has come down to party line vote which is unfortunate, but it is what we’re dealing with in a toxic political atmosphere,” Manchin concluded. “But I can assure you, everybody, we try to take everyone’s input on this and my Republican friends’ input is in this piece of legislation.”

Democrats in the Senate are expected to move forward with a continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown. But continued squabbling over the details of Manchin’s permitting reform legislation threatens to tank the government funding bill.

The deal began to fall apart early this month, when more than 70 progressive Democrats in the House signed a letter to House Democratic Leadership signaling their opposition. A week later, Republicans blasted Manchin’s proposal for not going far enough, and proposed permitting reform legislation of their own. This week, Progressive Democrats in the Senate, led by Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley, announced opposition to the bill as well.

Meanwhile, Obama is lecturing the world on the virtues of making sacrifices in order to fight climate change.

    The Daily Mail reported:

Former President Barack Obama’s Secret Service SUV was spotted parked in a handicapped spot for two hours as he dined at a swanky West Los Angeles sushi restaurant with his two daughters.

The black SUV stayed in a spot marked for handicap parking as it waited for the Obamas to finish eating at the pricey Hamasaku restaurant, where eight-piece sushi rolls cost $50 and specialty rolls go for more than $20 each.

Swastika-Wearing Gunman Kills 13 and Wounds 21 Others in School Massacre

    < 1 min. read

A gunman opened fire in a school in central Russia on Monday, killing 13 people, including seven children, and wounding 21 others.

Russia’s Investigative Committee said the shooting took place in School No. 88 in Izhevsk, a city about 600 miles east of Moscow in the Udmurtia region. It identified the wounded as 14 children and seven adults.

The governor of Udmurtia, Alexander Brechalov, said in a video statement that the gunman shot himself.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the shooting as “a terrorist act” and said that President Vladimir Putin has given all the necessary orders to the relevant authorities.

“President Putin deeply mourns deaths of people and children in the school, where a terrorist act took place,” Peskov told reporters Monday.

The school educates children between grades 1 and 11. It has been evacuated and the area around it has been cordoned off, the governor said.

The Investigative Committee identified the gunman as 34-year-old Artyom Kazantsev, a graduate of the same school. It said in a statement that Kazantsev wore a black t-shirt bearing “Nazi symbols.” No details about his motives have been released.

Russia’s National Guard said Kazantsev used two non-lethal handguns adapted to fire real bullets.

A criminal probe into the incident has been launched on charges of multiple murder and illegal possession of firearms.

Izhevsk, a city of 640,000, is located west of the Ural mountains in central Russia.

The Sunshine State is set to be hit by the major hurricane which has forced residents to empty the shelves as they panic buy water and other essentials ahead of the storm hitting.

It is expected to hit Florida midweek, either late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, and bring with it 130mph winds.

Hurricane Ian is expected to strengthen into a hurricane on Sunday and reach ‘major’ hurricane strength – anything Category 3 or above – on Tuesday before it hits Cuba.

Ian was upgraded to a hurricane early on Monday morning by the National Hurricane Center, warning of an ‘additional rapid strengthening’.

Floridians have packed into stores and ransacked the for snacks, materials and water to get through the hurricane.

They have been loading up on planks of plywood to board their windows up. Many have been left empty handed after others stock piles the basic’s such as water, with one woman telling CBS ‘I tried to get water, but it’s no more. not too much at this moment.’

‘I was helping them out, and now I’m here helping myself and everybody else.’

Some areas in Tampa are having to show proof of residency to gain access to the sandbags, with a 10-bag limit per house.

Tampa’s Mayor, Jane Castor, said that they are ‘preparing for the worst and hoping for the best’ when it comes to preparing for the hurricane.

At 5am on Monday, Ian was moving north west at 13mph, about 90 miles south west of Grand Cayman, and had maximum sustained winds of 75mph.

Director of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management, Kevin Guthrie said ‘everyone in Florida is going to feel the impacts of the storm.’

A major concern is how quickly the storm can intensify, stressed Jason Dunion, director of NOAA’s hurricane research field program.

He said: ‘The storm can increase in speed 35 miles per hour in one day. You can go from a tropical storm to a Category 1, or Category 1 to a Category 3 in just that 24-hour period.

‘That makes it especially important for folks to pay attention to this storm the next couple of days.’

DeSantis activated the National Guard on Sunday morning, saying though the path of the storm is still uncertain, the impacts will be broadly felt throughout the state.

Top Vaccine Expert with FDA and NIH Warns Healthy Young People Not to Get COVID Booster

    3 min. read

A top vaccine expert is advising that healthy young people should not get the latest COVID-19 booster shot because “there’s not clear evidence of benefit.”

Paul Offit is the director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), professor of pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, a member of National Institutes of Health (NIH) working group on vaccines, and a member of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC). Previously, Offit was a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

Offit is also one of the few vaccine experts voicing caution regarding the new COVID boosters.

On Aug. 31, the FDA granted emergency use authorizations (EUAs) of COVID-19 boosters from Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech. The bivalent version of the previous vaccines are for use as a single booster dose at least two months following primary or booster vaccination. Moderna’s mRNA booster shots are approved by the FDA for individuals 18 years of age or older, and the Pfizer-BioNTech version is authorized for those 12 or older.

However, Offit is advising healthy young people to skip the new booster shot.

During an appearance on CNN earlier this month, Offit said that those over 65, the immuno-compromised, and anyone with serious chronic health ailments could benefit from the boosters.

He was concerned that government health agencies were going to try to oversell the booster to everyone.

“What I fear is that they’re going to say everybody should get it when in fact, the healthy young person really is unlikely to benefit from the booster dose, and so I hope they targeted more specifically, to those really who are most likely to benefit from this additional dose,” he said during the CNN interview.

The CNN anchor was perplexed that the health official didn’t recommend everyone get the new jab.

She asked the vaccine expert, “Why not get it? Right? If it does give you even if it’s a smaller benefit, is there any reason not to get the booster?”

Offit replied, “I think that when you’re asking people to get a vaccine, I think there has to be clear evidence of benefit, and we’re not going to have clinical studies before this launches.”

Moderna has begun human trials on the booster shots, and Pfizer is expected to begin theirs this month. Experts believe that trials likely wouldn’t be completed until the spring.

“But you’d like to have at least human data people you know, getting this vaccine, you see a clear and dramatic increase in neutralizing antibodies, and then at least you have a correlate of protection against BA.4 and BA.5,” he continued.

“You’re asking people to get a new product for which there’s no data,” Offit also told CNN. “Mice data are not adequate to launch 100-plus-billion-dose effort.”

The booster shot was authorized by the FDA despite not having been tested on humans. Pfizer’s preliminary findings were based on tests on eight mice. The FDA based the EUA authorization on the testing of mice, data from current COVID-19 vaccines, and earlier iterations of boosters.

“Because if you don’t have that, if there’s not clear evidence of benefit, then it’s not fair I think to ask people to take a risk no matter how small,” Offit declared. “The benefit should be clear.”

On Sept. 21, Offit wrote an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal titled: “CDC Oversells the ‘Bivalent’ Covid Shot.”

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that everyone over 12 receive a ‘bivalent’ COVID-19 vaccine as a booster dose,” he wrote. “But only a select group are likely to benefit, and the evidence to date doesn’t support the view that a bivalent vaccine containing omicron or its subvariants is better than the monovalent vaccine. The CDC risks eroding the public’s trust by overselling the new shot.”

Americans are not rushing to get the latest booster shot.

According to CDC data released on Thursday, an estimated 4.4 million Americans received the new booster. That figure represents approximately 1.5% of people in the U.S. who are eligible to receive the injection.

Shocking Moment Thugs Storm and Ransack Philadelphia Wawa Store, Twerk on Counter

    2 min. read

Dozens of rampaging youths trashed a Wawa convenience store in northeast Philadelphia Saturday night — hurling food and drinks at one another as one belligerent young woman twerked on a counter, video of the chaos shows.

The rowdy group of about 100 young people were captured on video — shot inside the chain location at 7001 Roosevelt Blvd. — as they ransacked the shop at about 8:20 p.m. and recorded the pandemonium on their phones.

An employee filming the wild scene from behind a sandwich counter in the store can be heard scolding the vandals.

“You’re all stupid,” he said in the video. “For real. You’re all stupid, ugly, broke.”

A video of the aftermath shows the store completely torn apart. The floor is covered with items pulled off shelves, spilled drinks and trash.

The unruly crowd also broke several shelves at the shop, according to the footage.

The lawlessness apparently continued into the store parking lot where the vandals were caught yelling, cursing and fighting one another, the video shows.

Philadelphia police said they responded to the scene and found approximately 100 juveniles inside the Wawa, stealing and damaging store merchandise. The officers dispersed the crowd, but made no arrests.

There were no reported injuries, cops said.

The youths unleashed anarchy inside the convenience store as crime surges across the City of Brotherly Love.

As of Sept. 18, property crimes surged a whopping 32% from the same period last year and violent crimes were up nearly 7%.

Saturday’s vandalism mirrors a similar incident at a local business in the Germantown section of Philly last month.

In early August, a wild mob of teens trashed a Jamaican restaurant, Zion Cuisine, and attempted to harm its employees. The group flipped tables, threw chairs and other objects at workers and shattered a security glass inside the eatery, video shows.

‘I’ll Make You Proud to Be Italian Again’: Giorgia Meloni, Set to Become First Female PM of Italy

    4 min. read

Giorgia Meloni is poised to become Italy’s first female prime minister after leading her party, the Brothers of Italy, to victory in national elections.

In a victory speech to her cheering supporters early Monday, Melon, who has spoken out against what she calls “the LGBT lobby” and mass immigration, said it was “a night of pride and a night of redemption.”

Near-final results indicated that the center-right coalition netted some 44% of the vote, with Meloni’s Brothers of Italy snatching some 26%.

Her coalition partners divided up the remainder, with the anti-immigrant League of Matteo Salvini winning 9% and the more moderate Forza Italia of ex-Premier Silvio Berlusconi taking around 8%.

The center-left Democratic Party and its allies had around 26%, while the 5-Star Movement — which had been the biggest vote-getter in 2018 Parliamentary elections — saw its share of the vote halved to some 15% this time around.

Italy’s lurch to the far right immediately shifted Europe’s geopolitics, placing a euroskeptic, anti-immigrant party in position to lead a founding member of the European Union and its third-largest economy.

However, voter turnout was at a historic low — of just 64%. Pollsters suggested voters stayed home in protest, disenchanted by the backroom deals that had created the last three governments.

“If we are called to govern this nation, we will do it for everyone, we will do it for all Italians and we will do it with the aim of uniting the people,” Meloni said. “Italy chose us. We will not betray it as we never have.”

While the center-right — led by Meloni’s more conservative party — was the clear winner, the formation of a government could take weeks and will involve consultations among party leaders and with President Sergio Mattarella.

In the meantime, outgoing Premier Mario Draghi remains in a caretaker role.

The elections, which took place some six months early after Draghi’s government collapsed in July, came at a crucial time for Europe as it faces Russia’s war in Ukraine and the related soaring energy costs that have hit ordinary Italian pocketbooks as well as industry.

A Meloni-led government is largely expected to follow Italy’s current foreign policy, including her pro-NATO stance and strong support for supplying Ukraine with weapons to defend against Russia’s invasion, even as her coalition allies stake a slightly different tone.

Both Berlusconi and Salvini have ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. While both have distanced themselves from his invasion, Salvini has warned that sanctions against Moscow are hurting Italian industry, and even Berlusconi has excused Putin’s invasion as foisted on him by pro-Moscow separatists in the Donbas.

A bigger shift and one likely to cause friction with European powers is likely to come over migration. Meloni has called for a naval blockade to prevent migrant boats from leaving North African shores, and has proposed screening potential asylum-seekers in Africa, before they set out on smugglers’ boats to Europe.

Salvini made clear he wants the League to return to the interior ministry, where as minister he imposed a tough anti-migrant policy. But he may face an internal leadership challenge after the League suffered an abysmal result of under 10%, with Meloni’s party outperforming it in its northeastern stronghold.

Salvini acknowledged the League was punished for its governing alliances with the 5-Stars and then Draghi, but said: “It’s a good day for Italy because it has five years of stability ahead of it.”

On relations with the European Union, analysts note that for all her euroskeptic rhetoric, Meloni moderated her message during the campaign and has little room to maneuver given the economic windfall Italy is receiving from Brussels in coronavirus recovery funds.

Italy secured some 191.5 billion euros, the biggest chunk of the EU’s 750 billion-euro recovery package, and is bound by certain reform and investment milestones it must hit to receive it all.

That said, Meloni has criticized the EU’s recent recommendation to suspend 7.5 billion euros in funding to Hungary over concerns about democratic backsliding, defending Viktor Orban as the elected leader in a democratic system.

Orban’s political director, Balazs Orban, was among the first to congratulate Meloni. “In these difficult times, we need more than ever friends who share a common vision and approach to Europe’s challenges,” he tweeted.

French far-right leader Marine Le Pen praised Meloni for having “resisted the threats of an anti-democratic and arrogant European Union.”

Santiago Abascal, the leader of Spain’s far-right Vox opposition party, tweeted that Meloni “has shown the way for a proud and free Europe of sovereign nations that can cooperate on behalf of everybody’s security and prosperity.”

Meloni is chair of the right-wing European Conservative and Reformist group in the European Parliament, which gathers her Brothers of Italy, Poland’s Law and Justice Party, Spain’s Vox and the Sweden Democrats, which just won big in elections there on a platform of cracking down on crime and limiting immigration.

“The trend that emerged two weeks ago in Sweden was confirmed in Italy,” acknowledged Democratic Party leader Enrico Letta, calling Monday a “sad day for Italy, for Europe.”

“We expect dark days. We fought in every way to avoid this outcome,″ Letta said at a somber news conference. While acknowledging the future of the party and his own future required reflection, he vowed: “The PD will not allow Italy to leave the heart of Europe.”

During the campaign, Meloni was forced to respond after the Democrats used her party’s origins to paint Meloni as a danger to democracy.

“The Italian Right has handed fascism over to history for decades now, unambiguously condemning the suppression of democracy and the ignominious anti-Jewish laws,” she said in a multilingual campaign video.

Biden Declares State of Emergency in Florida as Ian Expected to Strengthen Into Hurricane

    2 min. read

President Joe Biden approved an emergency declaration for Florida as Tropical Storm Ian is forecast to significantly intensify before hitting the state this week.

In an update on the afternoon of Sept. 25, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) stated that Ian is forecast to “rapidly” strengthen on the night of Sept. 25 with “significant wind and storm surge impacts” in western Cuba.

No tropical storm or hurricane watches or warnings have been issued for anywhere in the United States, including Florida, but the NHC advised that “interests in central Cuba, the Florida Keys, and the Florida peninsula should monitor the progress of Ian.”

Hurricane warnings have been issued for Grand Cayman island as well as the Cuban provinces of Isla de la Juventud, Pinar del Río, and Artemisa. A tropical storm warning is in effect for the Cuban provinces of La Habana, Mayabeque, and Matanzas. A tropical storm watch is in effect for Little Cayman and Cayman Brac islands.

After hitting western Cuba on Sept. 27 as a major hurricane, Ian is slated to continue as a major hurricane—a Category 3 or greater—for two days before weakening to a Category 1 or Category 2 hurricane, according to the NHC. Then, the storm is forecast to hit western Florida between Sept. 29 and Sept. 30.

The storm is currently located in the western Caribbean Sea, hundreds of miles south of Cuba and the Cayman Islands. It’s also hundreds of miles to the east of Honduras.

In preparation, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency for all 67 Florida counties. That will make more resources available to prepare for the storm, and it will also activate Florida National Guard members.

“This storm has the potential to strengthen into a major hurricane and we encourage all Floridians to make their preparations,” the governor wrote on Sept. 24. “We are coordinating with all state and local government partners to track potential impacts of this storm.”

Biden declared a state of emergency for Florida on Sept. 24, authorizing the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA to coordinate disaster relief efforts, according to the White House.

Ian follows Hurricane Fiona, which hammered portions of Puerto Rico before it hit Atlantic Canada over the weekend as a post-tropical cyclone.

For Ian, a “quick uptick in strengthening is expected early this week as Ian moves into the western Caribbean, where low wind shear and very warm water are in place,” according to AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Adam Douty.

“This will raise the likelihood of significant impacts in the western Caribbean, and eventually the United States,” Douty wrote.

He noted that in “just a few days, Ian is likely to be a dangerous major hurricane.”

Jen Psaki Makes a Dire Midterm Prediction for Democrats

    2 min. read

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki made a confession unfavorable to the Democrats on Sunday, saying they fully know “they will lose” if the 2022 midterm elections are a referendum on President Joe Biden.

Psaki made her prediction during an appearance on NBC’s Meet the Press as she shared her opinions on the strengths and weaknesses of the Democrats going into the November elections. In her view, Democrats are vulnerable on the issues of crime and the economy, while they hold the high ground on “extremism.”

“Look, I think that Democrats, if the election is about who is the most extreme, as we saw, you know, Kevin McCarthy touch on there with Marjorie Taylor Greene, I’ll say her name, sitting over his left side, then they’re going to win. If it is a referendum on the president, they will lose, and they know that,” Psaki said. She was referring to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

“So, yes, the economy is hanging over everything, but you have [to] look at state-by-state factors, and crime is a huge issue in the Pennsylvania race,” Psaki said.

As press secretary, Psaki was one of the closest officials to Biden. The incumbent is grappling with an economy beset by high inflation and a job approval rating in the low 40s. A new poll from ABC News and the Washington Post found 56% of Democratic-registered voters and Democratic-leaning voters want another candidate to top the ticket in 2024. However, Biden has seen successes in recent months, including the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act.

Psaki left this White House in the spring and took a job at MSNBC as host for a show starting next year. She was succeeded in the briefing room by her principal deputy, Karine Jean-Pierre.

Wild Video Shows Hunter Biden Slipping Down a Waterslide Naked and Entertaining Hookers at Pool Party

    2 min. read

New photos and videos show Hunter Biden’s wild and debauched parties at a luxury Malibu AirBnB.

In the videos Hunter is seen riding across the lawn on a bicycle, stripping naked and sliding down a waterslide into the $4,140-per-night property’s pool.

Other pictures show him having group sex and entertaining hookers in his luxury rental’s hot tub in 2018.

The videos were stored on Hunter’s abandoned laptop and obtained by DailyMail.com.

This comes as President Biden spoke highly of Hunter and praised him for overcoming drug addiction in an interview aired Sunday night.

‘I love my son, number one,’ Biden said when asked about whether Hunter’s work or past struggles could be a liability on the 2024 campaign trail. ‘He fought an addiction problem and he overcame it, he wrote about it.

‘And no, there is not a single thing that I’ve observed, at all, that would affect me or the United States relative to my son Hunter.’

In September and October 2018 Hunter rented lavish vacation homes around Los Angeles, including a six-bedroom villa with a pool, hot tub and water slide in the gated Serra Retreat neighborhood in the Malibu hills.

He invited a friend of Hallie Biden, his former lover and brother’s widow, to come and party with him.

During her fall 2018 visit to see Hunter, the woman videoed him prancing around the pool naked and slapping his own bottom.

In another video Hunter cycles into view on a bicycle across the lawn, ditches it and pulls off his pants. Stripped naked, he hops up the steps of the water slide and rides it down, hitting the edge at the end and splashing into the pool as the woman laughs.

Hunter appeared to be in a playful mood that week, as he hosted friends at a second rental property in West Hollywood a few days earlier and had them photograph him posing in a pair of sunglasses similar to his father Joe’s trademark aviators, a light red scarf, tiny white underpants and red and white sneakers.

Videos of Hunter at the $7million West Hollywood hillside property show him grilling and dancing topless while two unidentified men sat near him by the pool.

In one set of bizarre photos, Hunter poses topless with his female friend in one of the property’s bedrooms, licks her face, and grins as he pulls her hair while she crouches on the bed.

A week before the LA parties, she texted Hunter saying ‘How are you ? I’ve been clean 10 days!! Wahoo!!

Hunter replied a day later with a garbled text apparently referring to having taken 16 hits of drugs: ‘I did Sixt en tokes now.’ The friend was also pictured on Hunter’s laptop with Hallie in 2017.

Costco Makes Decision About $1.50 Hot Dog-And-Soda Combo as Inflation Soars

    2 min. read

A top Costco Wholesale executive confirmed the big-box retailer has no plans to change the price of its $1.50 hot dog-and-soda combo at its stores despite months of decades-high inflation.

Costco CFO Richard Galanti reiterated the cheap price point on the fan-favorite deal would stay in place during the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call on Thursday.

An analyst asked whether Costco was adjusting prices in other parts of its business to maintain sales margins for its hot dog-and-soda deal and other value offerings.

“Lightning just struck me,” Galanti joked when the combo was mentioned. He added that higher-margin businesses such as gas and travel sales help Costco maintain its value deals.

“Those things help us be more aggressive in other areas, or as you mentioned, hold the price on the hot dog and the soda a little longer – forever,” Galanti added.

Costco and other retailers have hiked prices over the last year, passing along the higher costs of commodities and goods to consumers. Inflation has slightly declined in recent months but was still hovering at a hotter-than-expected 8.3% in August.

Galanti estimated that price inflation at Costco was about 8% during the fourth quarter, with increases “a little higher on the food and sundries side.”

Costco doesn’t have any immediate plans to hike its membership fees, according to the executive. Annual membership dues at the retailer currently start at $60.

Still, Galanti noted that membership price increases were likely at some point in the future. Costco has generally hiked its fees roughly every five to six years.

“Our view is, is we are confident in our ability to do so and at some point, we will. But it’s a question of when, not if,” Galanti said.

Despite the inflationary environment, Costco topped analysts’ expectations in the fourth quarter. The retailer posted quarterly revenue $72.09 billion and earnings per share.

But shares still fell more than 4% in trading Friday after executives noted a decline in gross margins.

Costco executives have famously avoided hiking prices in their food courts, especially for the hot dog-and-soda combo, regardless of changes in the economy.

In July, Costco CEO Craig Jelinek delivered a one-word answer when asked on CNBC whether prices changes were being considered for the deal.

    “No,” he said.

‘We Will Not Back Down’: Donations Pour In For Pro-Life Father Of Seven Arrested, Raided By FBI SWAT Team At Home

    2 min. read

Donations are pouring into a GiveSendGo crowdfunding account for a pro-life activist and father of seven who was arrested and had his family home raided by some 20 to 30 FBI agents on Friday.

Mark Houck, who leads a nonprofit group that provides sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics in Philadelphia, was seemingly targeted by President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice over an incident last year involving his then-12-year-old son at a Planned Parenthood abortion facility.

Houck protected his son from an aggressive Planned Parenthood escort harassing the 12-year-old, Pennsylvania pro-life activist Ashley Garecht told The Daily Wire, noting that the case was dismissed by a federal court in Philadelphia when the escort tried to press charges.

“We will not back down, we will not stop fighting to protect the lives of Pennsylvania’s unborn children, and we WILL NOT TOLERATE the harassment of our leaders by a corrupt and politicized justice system,” the GiveSendGo page for Houck asserts.

The goal of the fundraiser is to collect $75,000 for the activist’s wife, Ryan-Marie Houck — and as of Sunday morning, more than $74,000 had already been donated.

Joe and Ashley Garecht created the crowdfunding page. Notably, the couple’s daughters in 2019, then just 13 and 15 years old, were harassed by then-State Rep. Brian Sims (D) for several minutes as they prayed for unborn children outside a Pennsylvania abortion clinic.

The crowdfunding page describes Houck’s son being harassed and the activist stepping in to protect him.

“Last year, Mark and his son were praying in front of the [Planned Parenthood] at 12th and Locust,” the page reads. “When one of the escorts began harassing Mark’s son they walked down the street away from the entrance to the building. The escort followed them, and when he continued yelling at Mark’s son, Mark pushed him away.”

“It’s all on video,” the account details. “But that hasn’t stopped Planned Parenthood and the Biden Administration. With no prior warning, and in spite of the fact that Mark is represented by an attorney, Biden’s Justice Department sent a fully armed SWAT team into a home full of young children at daybreak, to arrest a father for protecting his son.”

The Garechts say the funds raised through the campaign “will go to help the family with any necessary expenses.”

“Your generosity is greatly appreciated,” the couple adds. “Let’s show the Houck family they are not alone, while we show Planned Parenthood and its militant pro-abortion allies that the pro-life community will not be silenced by fear and intimidation.”

Shocking Video Shows Drag Queens Dressed as Disney Princesses Performing for Children at a Brewery

    2 min. read

Shocking video shows a risqué “family-friendly” drag show at a brewery in Tennessee. At one disturbing point during the event marketed toward children, a very young girl is patting down the crotch area of an adult dressed as Ariel from Disney’s “The Little Mermaid.”

On Saturday, the Wanderlinger Brewing Co. hosted the “Chattanooga Pride Youth Day.”

The event didn’t appear to be promoted on the brewery’s website or social media. The event was promoted by the Chattanooga Pride/Tennessee Valley Pride – an organization “celebrating diversity in Chattanooga, Tennessee and combining our LGBTQ Resources to raise awareness, educate, and improve our community with dignity.”

A Facebook post for the event read, “Happy Chattanooga Pride! As we celebrate leading up to the festival on October 2nd, come hang out with us at Wanderlinger Brewing Company for our annual Pride Youth Day. Featuring speakers/discussions, princess meet & greets, drag queen story time, and a family-friendly drag show.”

Director and producer Robby Starbuck recorded video of the audacious event where drag queens dressed up as Disney princesses and interacted with small children.

Footage shows an adult dressed as Ariel lip-syncing a song from the children’s animated film “The Little Mermaid.” A young girl rubs her hand across the crotch area of the drag queen’s mermaid costume, but the individual does not stop the child.

Another drag queen performer does a dance routine in front of kids – including spreading of the legs that exposed the person’s panties to the young children.

“Today we got footage of Chattanooga Pride Youth Day at Wanderlinger Brewing Co. and this is what kids were subjected to,” Starbuck wrote on Twitter. “It’s NOT hard to not spread your legs to kids. It’s NOT hard to redirect a kid away from that area if they grab near your crotch. We have to stop this madness!”

“The fact they WANT to spread their legs for kids should make very clear to everyone that something is WRONG with this. Where’s law enforcement? We won’t allow this continue,” said the former congressional candidate. “In Tennessee there will be no safe space to be inappropriate like this with kids. We WILL stop this!”

“We will be watching every move the left makes to do this in Tennessee and we will be reporting to the public, to the politicians and to the police until this stops,” Starbuck concluded. “Tennesseans: Send this to your reps and ask them to stop this and to work with us on legislation to protect kids!”

The website for the brewery (which requires people to be 21 or over to access it) previously promoted an “All Ages Pride Event at Wanderlinger.” The Pride Month event that took place in June featured “Drag Queen Story Time with Hormona Lisa” and an “All Ages Drag Show.”

Also in June, A Texas gay bar hosted a “Drag the Kids to Pride” event where drag queen dancers provocatively gyrated in front of children as young as toddlers. The event that was held in Dallas was marketed as the “ultimate family-friendly pride experience.”
