Joe Biden will announce more COVID-19 measures before the U.N. General Assembly meets this week, according to U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.

Speaking to CNN on Sept. 12, Murthy didn’t say what new measures would be announced by Biden.

The president issued several executive orders on Sept. 9 mandating that federal contractors, federal workers, and most health care staff in the United States get the COVID-19 vaccine. A White House plan also stated that he would direct the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, to mandate that employers with 100 or more workers either get the vaccine, require weekly COVID-19 testing, or receive a fine.

Biden’s announcement on the mandate, which will affect an estimated 80 million private-sector employees, drew significant criticism from Republican governors and some business leaders. It’s likely that numerous lawsuits will be filed against the order.

But during the CNN interview, Murthy defended the president’s announcement and mandate.

“There will be more actions that we continue to work on, especially in the global front,” he said.

The next session for the U.N. General Assembly starts Sept. 14 in New York, and the first day of general debate begins the following week. It’s not clear why Murthy tied new COVID-19 measures with the U.N. meeting.

“What the president and what all of us have said as public health leaders from the earliest part of this pandemic is that we have to use every level of government, and we all in the private sector have to do everything we can to tackle this virus,” Murthy said. “The requirements the president announced are an example of that.”

In a separate interview with ABC News, Murthy again defended the mandates, saying that when private companies such as Tyson Foods made vaccines a requirement, it increased the U.S. vaccination rate.

“We know that these kinds of requirements actually work to improve our vaccination rates,” Murthy said. “Tyson Foods, for example, which put in a vaccine requirement, recently saw that its vaccination rate went from 45 percent to more than 70 percent in a very short period of time and they’re not even at their deadline yet.”

But Republicans have said they’ll file lawsuits against the mandate when it’s handed down by the federal government. They described the forthcoming rules as draconian and designed to further divide Americans.

“I’ve been talking to my attorney general, he is coordinating with the other attorneys general across the country who share similar views about the overreach,” Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts told Fox News on Sept. 12.

“As we see what these rules are, we will be able to know exactly how we will be able to challenge them in court. I’m also talking with my colleagues around the country as well the other governors who feel the way I do, and we’ll be working on other strategies.”

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson told CNN on Sept. 12 that the vaccine mandate “hardens the resistance” that some individuals have to vaccines.

“I’m trying to overcome resistance, but the president’s actions in a mandate hardens the resistance,” he said.

Other governors have suggested they’ll follow suit.

“I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration,” Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp wrote last week.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott called the rule an “assault on private businesses.”

“Texas is already working to halt this power grab,” he said.

White House officials didn’t respond to a request for additional comment by press time.

Sweden didn’t do lockdowns, didn’t do mask mandates, and they didn’t have any more deaths from the Corona virus, than any other country. The vaccines have killed, and maimed 1000s, and still haven’t prevented people from getting the virus, I have 3 people in my family, who got Covid, and they were all fully vaccinated, so how’s that working????? One of them had to be hospitalized. Rochelle, the director of the CDC, lied in March 2021, when she said that if you were vaccinated, you would not get Covid, and you would not spread it. One of my family members believed her. How many times do these liars have to lie to your face, how many times do they have to change their directives, before you stop believing them???? Ask yourselves, why are they pushing so hard for a vaccine that doesn’t protect you, and doesn’t stop the spread, causes bloodclots, myocardia, nerve damage, strokes and heart attacks, and 1000s of deaths, miscarriages, sterility, and the list goes on and on????

`Plus, the vaccines change our DNA and give us fake spike proteins that is, in reality, weakening our immune system. People really must look at these evil people and their evil mandates against our health of body, mind, soul and spirit. These vaccines are designed to harm us and kill us slowly. The new idea they’re floating around is booster every five months and two pills daily. What a crock of idiocy! My goodness people, wake up and take a stand against this evilness. Biden and his party are unlawfully attempting to force us into their one world of death and hell. They are Marxist communists and are pulling off a communist take-over of America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy and the entire world. Their immediate focus is United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. They’re changing their minds constantly to manipulate people into being so confused that they mentally and emotionally break down. They focus on number of cases, which are falsely ramped up in order to create intense fear. Even the number of deaths is grossly inaccurate as doctors/hospitals are marking down on death certificates covid for everything. Our medical system is rejecting medicines that have been used very successfully for decades, and even now are proving to be the way to go for people to get over the virus. Ask yourself why are the vaccines so crucial to them??? There must be a definite benefit for the globals. The mortality rate of this virus is very low. This entire virus is a sham, scam, is being used to bring in their one world order of death and hell. Everything Biden and administration is doing is against our US Constitution, Bill of Rights and laws. Pray for the people in Australia and New Zealand for they are under total abusive dictatorship. We are next! Pray, pray, pray – God is the world’s only savior.

The jab doesn’t prevent Covid, it doesn’t stop the spread at all and it’s actually increasing the spread by eliminating the natural immunity of those that have recovered from Covid.. This is complete government overreach, it’s unconstitutional, completely disregards science, health and common freaking sense and something needs to be done about this usurper destroying our country

BREAKING: Arizona Governor Doug Ducey Makes Decision on 2020 Election Decertification

    Published

    on

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has said there will be “no decertification” of the state’s 2020 presidential election results following an audit in Maricopa County that showed more than 57,000 questionable ballots.

Ducey, who is a Republican, took to Twitter on Friday to say the election outcome would not be decertified and that the law did not allow for decertification despite demands from President Trump.

“Any meaningful policy recommendations identified should be addressed in the next session of the legislature. Any findings of fraud should be referred to the Attorney General and the Department of Justice for them to take action.”

“There will be no decertification of the 2020 election — the audit does not call for one, and even if it had, there is no lawful way to decertify. As we have every step of the way, Arizona will follow the law,” the governor said.

The number of illegal ballots found in Maricopa County (more than 57,000) is over 5 times the current amount separating President Trump and Joe Biden in Arizona.

FBI Reportedly Had Informant in Capitol Riot Crowd; Insider Says Proud Boys Had No Plans to Engage in Violence or Storm the Building on Jan. 6

    Published

    on

The FBI had an informant in the crowd during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, the New York Times reported on Saturday. The report said the secret informant was a member of Proud Boys, and revealed the group “had no plans to engage in violence” on Jan. 6, and there were no preplanned discussions of storming the U.S. Capitol.

The informant, who was not identified, was affiliated with a Midwest chapter of the Proud Boys and began working with the FBI in July 2020. The informer, who was part of a group chat of other Proud Boys, shared a “detailed account of his activities,” according to confidential records obtained by the Times.

The group checked into an Airbnb in Virginia on Jan. 5. Around 10 a.m. on Jan. 6, the informant said he met with members of other Proud Boys chapters at the Washington Monument, and then marched toward the U.S. Capitol.

“The records say that the informant entered the Capitol after debating whether to do so with his compatriots. He then told his handlers, according to the records, that after police officers informed him that someone — possibly the pro-Trump rioter Ashli Babbitt — had been shot inside the building, he left the through a window,” the New York Times reported.

“On the eve of the attack, the records show, the informant said that the group had no plans to engage in violence the next day except to defend itself from potential assaults from leftist activists,” the report revealed.

The informant notes, “Proud Boys leaders gave explicit orders to maintain a defensive posture on Jan. 6.” During an interview with the FBI in April, the insider said that he “never heard any discussion that day about stopping the Electoral College process.”

The FBI was investigating two Jan. 6 rally participants who were possibly Proud Boys members, and asked the informant to make contact with them.

Court papers claimed a Proud Boys leader from Philadelphia was talking about “normal conservatives” — what members of the group refer to as “normies” – causing a ruckus during the Capitol riot. On the morning of Jan. 6, the leader wrote on the group’s Telegram channel, “I want to see thousands of normies burn that city to ash today.”

After the Capitol was stormed, another Proud Boys leader purportedly said, “That was NOT what I expected to happen today. All from us showing up and starting some chants and getting the normies all riled up.”

The informant “showed his handlers screenshots of an online chat board known to be popular among Trump supporters indicating that some so-called normal conservatives were planning to bring weapons to Washington in January.” The records state there was no evidence from the informant showing that they intended to purposely instigate the “normal conservatives.”

“While the F.B.I.’s standard practice is not to discuss its sources and methods, it is important to understand that sources provide valuable information regarding criminal activity and national security matters,” the FBI told the Times in a statement.

Prosecutors have brought charges relating to the Capitol riot against more than 600 people, and filed conspiracy charges against 15 members of the Proud Boys for their alleged actions on Jan. 6.

A Reuters report in August alleged there was insufficient reason to believe that the Capitol riots was a coordinated attempt to launch an insurrection against the U.S. government. The report stated, “The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result,” citing four current and former law enforcement officials.

Auditors Say 23,344 Mail-in Ballots Were Sent to the Wrong Address But Were Completed and Counted Anyway

    Published

    on

On Friday, the findings of the audit conducted by the Arizona state Senate investigating the results of the 2020 presidential election were revealed.

CEO Doug Logan of Cyber Ninjas, the cybersecurity firm commissioned by Senate Republicans to assist in conducting the audit, noted that 23,344 mail-in ballots were reportedly sent to the wrong person in his presentation during the Livestream of the Arizona election audit results.

The slideshow detailed that those ballots sent to a different address in Maricopa County revealed “no one with the same last name shows as living at the address.”

In addition, Cyber Ninjas alleged, “2,382 voters voted in person even though they show … as having moved out of Maricopa County.”

The group’s data also showed that another 2,081 voters who moved out of state in the month prior to the election were given a “full ballot” with local and state level races as opposed to just the option to vote in the presidential election.

The months-long contentious audit has left Americans curious about the results, although the overall results presented by Cyber Ninjas confirmed that President Joe Biden won the state of Arizona.

However, the audit reportedly revealed numerous disparities and security issues in the election system. Arizona Republicans will likely continue to push for election integrity measures following the results of the audit being announced.

County Changes Rules So Matt Walsh Can’t Speak At School Board Meeting. Walsh Finds Workaround With New Lease.

    Published

    on

A county in Virginia changed their rules at the last minute in an effort to block Daily Wire host Matt Walsh from speaking at an upcoming school board meeting. Walsh, however, found a workaround by leasing a property in the area.

Walsh, who has tremendous support from parents, went viral last month when he spoke out against radical gender initiatives at a school board meeting in Loudoun County. Walsh posted earlier this month that the district has “imposed a radical trans policy allowing males access to girls restrooms and teams,” adding that “teachers are required to use preferred pronouns.”

Apparently attempting to avoid such a public spectacle of push-back, the county recently introduced “some changes for public participation in the September 28, 2021, meeting of the Loudoun County School Board.” A portion of the press release states:

Those wishing to speak to the School Board must provide proof that they meet these criteria. The following means of identification will be accepted:

    • A valid Virginia driver’s license indicating Loudoun County residency;
    • A utility bill from 2021 with the resident’s name and a Loudoun County address;
    • A mortgage or rental lease agreement displaying the resident’s name and current street address of residency or business;
    • A current Employee ID or Student ID;
    • An email or letter from Loudoun County Public Schools to the parent from the 2021-22 school year regarding a currently enrolled LCPS student.
    • A student report card or progress report

“Loudoun County changed the rules so that only residents can speak at the school board,” Walsh said Friday via Twitter. “In unrelated news, I’m proud to announce that I am now a resident of Loudoun County. Just rented a home in the area. I’ll have the lease agreement. See you at the meeting!”

In a follow-up tweet, Walsh wrote, “How do you do, fellow Virginians?”

A Facebook event promoting the rally outside the school board meeting set for September 28 states:

The Loudoun County school board in VA has imposed a radical trans policy allowing males access to girl’s restrooms and teams. Teachers are required to use preferred pronouns. To protest this madness, I’ll be leading a rally outside the school board meeting on September 28. Join us! The time for sitting on the sidelines is over. Schools that harm children must be confronted. We must speak up against this indoctrination loudly and in person. I have a large platform and intend to use it to help mobilize these efforts. The child abusers will hear from us.

Walsh’s post has gone viral, with tens of thousands of likes and comments in support of his move to offset efforts to silence him, and the parents he’s representing. To the detractors, though, Walsh has a message: your criticism is phony.

“Lots of people on the Left are telling me that I shouldn’t inject myself into controversies in Loudoun County because I’m an outsider,” Walsh posted to Twitter. “Funny. You never hear them say that about outsiders protesting abortion laws in Texas. It’s almost like these people are totally full of s***.”

Furious Border Patrol Agents Respond to Biden’s Threat to Make Agents ‘Pay’ over False Whip Story: ‘Just Started a War’

    Published

    on

Border Patrol agents fiercely responded to President Joe Biden’s threat to publish Border Patrol agents who he accused of having “strapped” migrants in Del Rio, Texas.

Speaking about the controversy involving mounted Border Patrol agents and Haitian migrants, Biden on Friday regurgitated the debunked narrative that immigration agents had abused the migrants — and promised “consequences.”

“It was horrible [what] you saw. To see people treated like they did [sic]. Horses nearly running people over and people being strapped,” Biden said at the White House.

“It’s outrageous. I promise you those people will pay. They will be investigated. There will be consequences,” he declared.

The photographer who snapped the now-infamous images of mounted Border Patrol agents said this week that he did not witness any abuse of migrants contrary to what Democrats and the media have claimed. An Associated Press journalist who captured the incident on video released that footage on Friday, confirming Border Patrol agents did not abuse migrants.

Border Patrol agents were left “stunned and angered” by Biden’s remarks, according to Fox News.

One Border Patrol agent, in fact, told Fox News that Biden “just started a war with Border Patrol.”

“I see the administration wants to fry our agents,” that agent said.

Another Border Patrol agent told Fox News that Biden’s threat to make agents “pay” will motivate Border Patrol agents to quit their jobs.

“Would you go to work and do your best knowing that if you do your boss is going to ‘make you pay?’ I’m dumbfounded and don’t know what to say,” the agent said. “Is the president threatening to throw us in prison?”

National Border Patrol Council president Brandon Judd called Biden’s comments “completely and totally outrageous” and accused Biden of “playing politics with Border Patrol agents’ lives.”

“Nobody was struck by a rein, not one person was struck by a rein, not one person was run over by those horses. They used the tactics they were trained to use, to do the job [Biden] sent them out to do — these are executive branch employees,” Judd told Fox News. “He sent them out there to do the job, and now he’s criticizing them because his base wants them to.”

Judd made headlines earlier this week after saying he would arrest Biden “for aiding and abetting” if Biden were not president, citing the ongoing border crisis.

‘Oh, F*** Them’: Tucker Carlson Reacts To ADL Calls To Fire Him

    Published

    on

Tucker Carlson blasted the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) during an interview published Friday over the partisan organization’s calls for Fox News to fire the host.

“Oh, f*** them,” Carlson bluntly told host Megan Kelly. “The ADL was such a noble organization that had a very specific goal, which was to fight anti-Semitism. That’s a virtuous goal. I think they were pretty successful over the years. Now it’s operated by a guy who’s … just an apparatchik of the Democratic Party.”

The ADL has called for Carlson’s firing over his comments about “great replacement” theory. The Fox host knocked the organization for weighing in on his comments at all, contending that “great replacement” is not a theory but mere language of the Democrat Party.

“The ‘great replacement theory’ is in fact not a theory, it’s something that the Democrats brag about constantly, up to and including the president. In one sentence, it’s this: rather than convince the current population that our policies are working and they should vote for us as a result, we can’t be bothered to do that; we’re instead going to change the composition of the population and bring in people who will vote for us. So, there isn’t actually inherently a racial component to it. … I don’t know what the ADL is doing weighing in on this — it has nothing to do [with it], I mean that’s just insane,” Carlson said.

On one of his recent shows, Carlson aired a clip of President Joe Biden back in 2015 demanding a “relentless” steady stream of immigration and emphasizing that “white stock” will be a “minority,” which is “not a bad thing” but a “source of our strength.”

“The source of our strength is non-White DNA?” Carlson told Kelly, highlighting Biden’s words. “I mean, how could you say something like that? Really? So, people’s value to the country is determined by their genes and their skin color? That’s like Nazi stuff.”

Carlson added, language like that should be disqualifying for anyone trying to hold the highest office in the land, no matter which race is being talked about.

“I’m 52. I grew up in a country that tried really, really hard – didn’t always succeed, but certainly tried as a matter of official policy – to be colorblind, and to judge people not on their appearances, but on what they do and the choices that the make, on their character, on their inherent moral value,” Carlson said.

Kelly also noted some politicos have highlighted that Democrats want immigration for political reasons, not necessarily racial reasons, to which Carlson agreed by saying, “of course.”

Cubans are right-wing, and Democrats do not want streams of Cubans pouring into the U.S., but migrants who will vote Democrat and give them power, Kelly explained. Carlson then noted where migrants are being placed: red and moderate states that Democrats want to turn blue, like Texas, Maine, and Tennessee.

Notably, Carlson had no idea about the calls to fire him from the ADL until Kelly told the Fox host of the news. Kelly told viewers before she brought up the controversy that Carlson does not look at any mainstream press about himself.

Gabby Petito Update: Brian Laundrie Left Wallet; $20K Bounty on Missing Fiancé; Funeral for Slain ‘Van Life Girl’ Open to the Public

    Published

    on

The search continues for Brian Laundrie, the fiancé of Gabby Petito. Law enforcement resumed their manhunt for Laundrie on Saturday at the Carlton Reserve natural preserve in southwestern Florida, marking the eighth straight day police searched for the person of interest in the disappearance and death of Petito.

Brian Laundrie reportedly left his parent’s home in North Port without his wallet or cell phone. Laundrie left the house on Sept. 14, and was said to be taking a hike at the 25,000-acre Carlton Reserve. Laundrie’s parents have said they haven’t seen or heard from him since. Laundrie was reported missing by his family on Sept. 17.

Laundrie’s parents were worried that their 23-year-old son would harm himself, a source told CNN.

North Port Police public information officer Josh Taylor declined to comment on the report, saying, “I cannot give any statement to a timeline at this time. That investigation is being conducted by the FBI.”

The U.S. District Court of Wyoming issued a federal arrest warrant for Laundrie, according to the FBI’s Denver field office. The arrest warrant is not for the death of Petito, but for bank fraud charges. Laundrie allegedly used a debit card and PIN number for accounts that did not belong to him, according to the indictment. He allegedly ran up charges totaling over $1,000 between the dates of Aug. 30 and Sept. 1. A grand jury indicted him for his “use of unauthorized devices.”

“It is my understanding that the arrest warrant for Brian Laundrie is related to activities occurring after the death of Gabby Petito and not related to her actual demise,” Laundrie family attorney Steve Bertolino said in a statement. “The FBI is focusing on locating Brian and when that occurs the specifics of the charges covered under the indictment will be addressed in the proper forum.”

FBI special agent in charge Michael Schneider stated, “While this warrant allows law enforcement to arrest Mr. Laundrie, the FBI and our partners across the country continue to investigate the facts and circumstances of Ms. Petito’s homicide. We urge individuals with knowledge of Mr. Laundrie’s role in this matter or his current whereabouts to contact the FBI.”

This federal warrant will allow law enforcement to arrest Laundrie across the nation.

An attorney in North Port placed a $20,000 bounty on information regarding Laundrie’s whereabouts.

“We have an office in North Port, and our employees work and live there,” Tatiana Boohoff told Fox News. “We serve clients there — and we want to do what we can to help find answers and get justice.”

“I think a missing child is every parent’s worst nightmare,” Boohoff said. “Our hearts go out to her family and to the community, and we hope that together we can get some answers and get justice for Gabby.”

Reality TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter is joining the search for Laundrie.

“Dog and Francie have experienced extreme loss themselves,” his team said in a statement. “Their hearts go out to Gabby’s family for what they’re going through and want to help bring justice for her death.”

On Saturday afternoon, Duane “Dog” Chapman arrived at Laundrie’s parents’ home and knocked on the door, but didn’t get a response.

At a memorial in North Port, people mourned Petito’s death by leaving flowers, stuffed animals, and heartwarming messages.

On Saturday night at the memorial, people will light candles and release butterflies to honor the beloved van-life girl.

“Join us for a memorial butterfly release and candle lighting in remembrance of Gabby Petito,” reads an invitation by Lisa Correll for the event called “Butterfly Wings to Heaven for Gabby,” the Daily Sun reported.

Residents of Blue Point, Long Island — Gabby Petito’s hometown in New York — held a memorial on Friday night. In the “Light the Night For Gabby Petito” tribute, people lit candles to pay their respect to the slain 22-year-old.

Funeral services for Gabby Petito — which will be open to the public — will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Moloney Funeral Home in Holbrook, Long Island, in New York, according to her father, Joseph Petito.

“In lieu of flowers for the service, please send donations for the Future Gabby Petito Foundation through the Johnny Mac Foundation,” the father wrote.

ABC News presented a timeline of events in the disappearance and death of Petito.
